Raising up Kingdom Agents who steward every client as an assignment.
The Garment Team isn’t just about real estate; it’s about a vision. We’re here to ignite a movement! Raising up agents who see the marketplace as a mission field. We’re not just doing transactions; we’re bringing the presence of God right into the heart of the city, and one day, beyond.
The problem we are addressing
Many agents are told to keep faith out of work settings. That split leads to habits that harm people: pressure tactics, half‑truths, and chasing checks over care, especially when clients are making one of the biggest purchases of their lives.
We reject that split. Every client is an assignment from the Lord. God sends opportunities, and our job is to steward them with honesty, skill, and care. We walk in boldness with love and respect. We set a different standard: integrity and truth in every step, excellence because of who we serve. Outstanding client service, experienced business practices, and ingenious marketing strategies is what makes our team the most trusted team in the area.
We raise up Kingdom agents who carry Christ into the marketplace and treat every transaction as stewardship. Scripture shapes our decisions. Best practices shape our execution. We do not compete for ego or chase checks. We pursue excellence that serves people and points to Jesus. Our culture: boldness with love and respect, truth over tactics, formation and fruit.
The Garment Foundation

We set aside a portion of team commissions to support The Garment Foundation. These funds help real people overcome housing barriers, cover pre‑market repairs for sellers in need, and move families toward homeownership readiness. This is part of our witness. We publish impact updates for transparency.
You do not need to be with eXp to apply, but you will need to join eXp to be on the team.
Yes. Training, language, and culture are Christ centered. We welcome all those exploring faith who are comfortable with that.
A team fee applies. A portion of team commissions supports The Garment Foundation. We will discuss the full structure during the interview.
