The Garment Foundation exists to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ through real estate and community outreach. Inspired by Matthew 9:21, we provide financial assistance and support to individuals and families in need of housing-related aid.
Security Deposits & Broker Fees – Helping renters secure housing.
Down Payment Assistance – Supporting first-time homebuyers.
Seller Assistance – Providing funds for pre-market repairs.
Community Outreach – Hosting faith-based workshops and events to empower individuals with financial literacy, homeownership education, and spiritual growth.
We believe real estate is a powerful tool for ministry. By meeting practical housing needs, we create opportunities to minister, disciple, and serve our communities.
The Garment Foundation is funded primarily by The Garment Team.
10% of every transaction closed by agents on The Garment Team goes directly to the Foundation.
This allows us to create a sustainable giving model where real estate transactions fuel our mission to serve others.
In addition to agent contributions, we accept outside donations from individuals, businesses, and faith-based organizations.
